Rafal has 20 years of professional experience in the development of growth strategies, business opportunities identification, process improvements and organizational transformations. Rafal has built & managed teams of 1,500 people in complex operations.
He is specialized in business transformation, including culture/change management and structural transformations, large-scale engineering, and organizational restructuring project management, as well as cost optimization and process improvement.
Marie Louise Weber-Esmann
Marie Louise is a highly skilled consultant with 12 years of experience in lean/process improvement and six sigma. With a background as a logistics manager, change agent, process specialist, industrial engineer and first lieutenant, Marie Louise brings strong leadership skills and diverse experience in manufacturing companies.
Her specialties include change management, optimization, and utilizing the Six Sigma green belt methodology. Marie Louise excels in fostering team alignment, cultivating a performance-driven culture, and creating superb operating systems that enhance organizational performance.

He possesses extensive knowhow and great comprehension of even complex end-to-end processes.
Milos has 27 years of experience working for and advising clients from SMEs to global companies in developing effective business solutions. His experience stretches from the automotive to logistics, pharmaceutical, retail, industrial heating and cooling industries.
